Your Stay
You can buy day tickets for Disneyland Paris, but there is so much to do that it is often better to book a stay. By booking a stay (hotel + tickets) you ensure that you can do everything you want to do at the pace that suits you. A complete package in, for example, a Disney hotel or partner hotel consists of entrance tickets to both parks and overnight stay in the hotel. But which hotel should you choose and why?
Disney Hotels
The advantage of a Disney hotel is that it is usually within walking distance of the park or that there are shuttle buses that take you to the park (with the exception of Disney’s Davy Crocket Ranch). In addition, it is possible to add a meal option at Disney hotels that is valid for the Disney parks, hotels and Disney villages. This way you can go on holiday carefree and you know in advance how much money it will cost you. In addition, a Disney Hotel has the extra that you can meet your Disney friends outside the park at different times of the day and you will receive Extra Magic Time in a selected park. Extra Magic Time generally means that you can enter about an hour before the park opens. Selected attractions have been opened and that may change throughout the year.
Partner Hotels
Disneyland Paris has partnered with a number of hotels. This partnership means that these hotels can also sell packages with their own hotel and Disneyland tickets and that Disney itself offers these hotels as an alternative to their own hotels. If you choose a partner hotel, it is a hotel that is often just outside the “Disney circle”. As a result, the walking distance is just too large and you are assigned to the shuttle buses that often go up and down for free. Check what they offer at the hotel. Because these hotels are located just outside the “Disney circle”, they are often considerably cheaper than a Disney hotel and this can be a reason to choose a Partner hotel.
